Delivery 

    • Please make sure your address is correct the you place your order, provide as much information as possible to make the delivery easy. 
    • If you want your plant to be delivered to a place different to a home address, please provide as much information as possible so that the plant(s) reach the correct place/person. If possible also please provide the telephone number of the addressee. Often it is complicated when the delivery is in a place of work, offices etc. The more information we have the easier it will be.
    • Please make sure the address is correctly written as we cannot guarantee delivery if the address is incomplete or incorrect. 
    • Orders not delivered on time due to incorrect or incomplete address will not apply for a refund. 

Returns Policy

  • We strive to get the plants to you in perfect conditions, but if you consider that your plant arrived damaged of in bad conditions, you can return it by contacting us at info@tocaplantas.com.
  • Taking into account that plants are perishable products we must received the email within 2 days maximum of receiving the plants. You will receive a refund or a new order as soon as posible. You must consider that each plant is different and it is imposible to be the same as in the photo shown on the web. 
  • If your order has already been sent, it will not be possible to cancel it and now refund will apply. The photos of the plants with pots on the web are a visual reference to help you choose, each plant is different and unique, it will never be exactly as shown on the photo. The plants come in plastic containers of the size specified and the color can vary.
